Terms and Conditions

We will pay you £1,000 if you refer the property you are living in and can provide the owners or landlords contact details.

Registration is limited to the occupier of the household and to one per household.

Payment will be made on the successful purchase and sale of the referred property.

Must be 18 years or older and have a valid UK bank account.

We will pay upto £250 for any properties that you are aware of in your area that may be empty, run down or derelict.

We will accept the first 3 referrals per property with the first refrrer receiving £250, the second receiving £100 and the third receiving £50.

Registrations are limited to one per household and proof of address, ID and UK bank account number will be required for payment.

Payment will be made on the successful purchase and sale of the referred property.
